Mandurah Homes are a 4th generation family-run building company with more than 32 years of experience in the building industry. Our reputation was built on integrity, dedication and superior quality.

Scott Green entered the building industry as an apprentice carpenter/joiner for his father’s business nearly 40 years ago, eventually establishing his own successful building company back in 1978. Scott traded as SW & DA Green Building Contractors for 32 years. He changed the trading name to Mandurah Homes Pty Ltd in 2007, when in keeping with family tradition his two sons Darren and Todd joined the company.

Brothers Darren and Todd Green have over 30 years of combined experience in the building industry, both entering as apprentices at the age of 16 and gaining their Certificate of Trade in Carpentry & Joinery. After completing the HIA Housing Supervisory Course, they both then moved into management supervisory roles within the family company to step into roles of leading directors of Mandurah Homes Pty Ltd.

Both agree that the key to Mandurah Homes’ success so far has been the outstanding level of personal attention they give to each project – no matter how big or small, each is approached with the same level of care and attention to detail.
