Giorgi Architects and Builders is one of Australia’s most awarded custom architect builders. For more than 20 years, our integrated architecture studio and building company has created some of Perth’s finest contemporary luxury residences.

Our beliefs? To begin with, we believe in architecture. Good design inspires us. We believe that built form can verge on art form.

While our architecture studio is at the heart of our practice, we work a little differently. We are a multidisciplinary design and build company where architects and master builders collaborate under one roof. Instead of being in separate camps, architecture and construction are unified from the outset, resulting in smarter solutions and tighter budget controls. It’s also a more streamlined, less stressful process for our clients who are guided by one team of people throughout the building journey.

Similarly, we take a cohesive approach to the design of every aspect of every residence – from architectural concept to interiors and landscaping with meticulous attention to detail. The same ethos is expressed across all residential forms, whether custom homes commissioned by individual clients or luxury apartment developments.
