Cameron McDonald established MCD Construction (QLD) Pty Ltd and has operated as the Managing Director for the past 15 years. In this role, Cameron has successfully managed 15 years of profitability through constant involvement in everyday operations of the company, whilst ensuring continual company development, consistent client satisfaction and a growing successful industry reputation. He is a registered builder and qualified Carpenter and Joiner with additional industry qualifications including: Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics), Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction (Management), Diploma of Building & Construction, Cert.IV in Building, Cert. Engineering & Construction, Cert. IV Carpentry & Joinery.
During the past 25 years, Cameron has had experience across various construction sectors including: new homes, residential renovations, new hospitality venues & refurbishments, high-rise construction, commercial extensions & refurbishments.
MCD maintains a very high level of workmanship and professionalism through consistency of staff and sub-contractors. All carpenters and apprentices are employed on a full-time basis and management staff have a very high level of professional training. This professional culture has resulted in very high staff retention rates that ultimately benefit our clients in the quality of their building experience.
