Venise Reilly – Managing Director

Venise is a Domestic Unlimited and Commercial Limited building practitioner. She is a member of the Victorian Regional Executive Committee of the Housing Industry Association, chairs the HIA Membership Committee and is a member of the Architects Registration Board of Victoria. Venise manages the business and the project team.

Michael Schuurmans – Director

Michael has more than thirty years’ experience in both residential and commercial construction. His skills in building have been highly sought after in the industry and he has a strong reputation for quality and excellence in all areas of construction. At Visioneer, Michael works with architects, clients and consultants before and during the build to assist in refining design detailing and building process. Michael oversees technical compliance on all sites, closely liaising with the project and site management teams.

James Gooley – Director

James holds a Bachelor of Property and Construction Degree from The University of Melbourne. He joined the executive team as a Director in 2014 after four years managing large projects with Visioneer.  He oversees the senior project management team and has twelve years of experience in commercial and high end residential construction.

The team of tertiary qualified project managers and experienced fulltime site managers coordinate and supervise each project.
