Designed and built by Perth custom builder Grandwood By Zorzi, the Appealathon Home in the Perth suburb of Perry Lakes is a beautiful example of what happens when modern design meets classic materials.
Throughout the home, both inside and out, the juxtaposition of natural woods against render, concrete and high polished surfaces is stunning, the American oak staircase set above a water feature being a prime example. Embracing modern technology, the home has an automation system whereby almost everything can be controlled via a phone app, while the home’s footprint is reduced thanks to PV cells, and rainwater and grey water harvesting systems.
