WIN A CUSTOM DESIGNED RUG BY KORDA 


1.The prize draw is open to anyone who has subscribed to receive Custom Homes ‘Inbox Inspiration’ email newsletter.

2. The prize is a custom-made rug by Korda Design valued at $5000, inclusive of GST and any delivery and/or shipping costs. The prize includes up to three face to face consultations (at a Korda Design studio) to design your rug, to a maximum size of 3m x 2m. A 60cm x 60cm sample will be provided for approval before manufacture.Korda Design’s standard manufacturing times apply.

3.The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.

4. The competition will be open until November 30th 2018 and will be drawn on 14th December 2018
a name will be drawn by random method from all valid entries by November 30th.The winners will be notified by e-mail and the name will also be published on social media.  All attempts will be made to ensure that the winners are notified.

5. Custom Homes Magazine reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at anytime and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as
final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.

6.Custom Homes Magazine reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

7.  Any prizes that remain unclaimed within 6 months of the draw will be transferred to Custom Homes Magazine for re-allocation or use as Custom Homes Magazine sees fit.Custom Homes Magazine will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of Custom Homes Magazine will be final and legally binding.

8. The winners consent to Custom Homes Magazine and Korda Design using a photo of the finished rug plus their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and the awarded product.

9. By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and
conditions. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Custom Homes Magazine,Custom Homes Magazine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Custom Homes Magazine (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the prize and promotion, including, but not limited to,
where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(whether or not under control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Custom Homes Magazine) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Custom Homes Magazine; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any prize.
