2023 Heritage Chardonnay – $125 per bottle
Our Heritage Chardonnay is crafted only in exceptional vintages and represents the pinnacle of our single-vineyard philosophy. Hand-picked and guided through a meticulous barrel selection, it reflects the purity, restraint and site expression that define the Heritage Series. Aromas of elderflower and fresh pastry lead into a beautifully balanced palate of white peach, lemon curd and subtle cashew, finishing long and textural.
2022 Estate Syrah – $60 per bottle
A true expression of our Balhannah vineyard, this Syrah reflects a cool, even ripening season that enhanced spice, freshness and fruit definition. A small inclusion of whole bunch and a touch of co-fermented Viognier add lift and aromatic complexity. Expect blackberry, green peppercorn and cedar-spice aromatics, unfolding into a silky, medium-bodied palate framed by fine, grainy tannin and impressive length.
2025 Gathering Riesling – $35 per bottle
Crafted in small volumes exclusively for Gathering Club members, this Riesling begins with handpicked fruit from select high-altitude slopes and is pressed as whole bunches to capture pristine free-run juice. The result is bright and finely detailed, with lemon zest, kaffir lime and jasmine florals carried by mouth-watering acidity. Vibrant in its youth yet built with the structure to evolve beautifully over time.
