Chateau Architects + Builders were selected by the client to deliver a sleek, contemporary design that connects with the outdoor environment, and that’s exactly what they got!
This project highlights the Chateau team’s attention to detail and dedication to quality. Every aspect of the home was designed to create smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor, allowing for easy movement throughout the large living areas. High-end fixtures and thoughtfully chosen design elements add to the overall luxurious feel of the home.
Natural light floods the house, bringing a bright and airy atmosphere to every room. The spacious all white and light timber kitchen, large family living room, and dining area are key gathering spaces, the top floor of the home with a balcony off the living area offers another space to relax with beautiful tree top views and in the distance the busy city 7 kilometres away. With multiple areas outside the home as well, the open-plan layout offers the best of both worlds, shared areas for family time and quiet spaces for relaxation.
Materials and finishes were selected with care. The unique dining room features rich wood finishes, while the bathrooms are fitted with sleek stone. Glass balustrades along the staircases and a mix of tiles and timber floors create a polished look throughout the home, with each detail contributing to the overall aesthetic.
Outdoors, Greenwich House embraces the Sydney lifestyle with an open-air entertaining area, complete with a pool and water feature and expansive lawn. Another courtyard in the centre of the home provides more space for sitting.
