Shipping & Returns

We use both a courier service and Australia Post for delivery of all products purchased on our website. In most case we will choose the service based on what will be quickest for your location.  Usual delivery is within 7 days in most areas of Australia .

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order, we will let you know and ship the part of your order that is in stock.

When the item becomes available we will let you know and ship you the rest of your order.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you receive an item in a damaged condition please contact our office by phone 08 6270 6337 or emailing info@customhomesmag.com

You must notify us within 3 days of taking receipt of the item of the damage for us to authorize a replacement item or refund.

We do not provide refunds simply for changing your mind. We will however provide credit to exchange the item, however return postage and shipping costs of new item will be paid at your expense
