Shipping Policy

Orders placed through the Custom Homes online store are typically packed within two business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered via courier services or Australia Post, depending on the destination and the most suitable delivery option available.

While most deliveries arrive sooner, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be received within Australia.

Some Custom Homes publications include delivery within Australia as part of the purchase price. Where shipping is not included, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

All publications are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order, we will let you know and ship the part of your order that is in stock.

When the item becomes available we will let you know and ship you the rest of your order.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you receive an item in a damaged condition please contact our office by phone 1300 794 335 or emailing info@customhomesonline.com.au 

You must notify us within 3 days of taking receipt of the item of the damage for us to authorise a replacement item or refund.

We do not provide refunds simply for changing your mind.
