When the owners of this luxury residence in Brisbane’s Nundah approached Blue Chip Builders to bring their new home to life, they came with high expectations and an equally keen eye for craftsmanship. They wanted a home that could stand confidently among the city’s best, one that reflected the quality and attention to detail they admired, but without an extravagant price tag.

For Blue Chip, it was an opportunity to showcase exactly what sets them apart – precision, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to building excellence. The result is Bliss – a striking two storey residence that embodies contemporary luxury, defined by clean lines, crisp white finishes, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Every aspect of the home was executed with meticulous attention to detail, from the geometry of the façade to refined interiors. Blue Chip’s build quality is evident in every joint, junction, and finish, a balance of architectural precision and craftsmanship that elevates the entire design.

Externally, the home presents as a refined composition of materials and textures. Custom powder-coated aluminium battening and sheeting are combined with James Hardie Linea weatherboards and Veneer Stone Arctic Limestone, while individually installed 300mm aluminium blades create rhythm and shadow across the façade. Each element has been crafted and installed with absolute precision which is a trademark of Blue Chip’s approach to every home they build.

Working closely with designer Michael and Ruysch and interior studio K-Co, Blue Chip brought together an architectural vision and interior aesthetic that feel perfectly in tune elegant, modern, and unmistakably bespoke. Bliss has since earned multiple design awards, recognition that reflects not only its innovation but the calibre of craftsmanship behind it.

Incorporating 403sqm of luxury living including 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and spacious communal areas, Bliss is a home designed for both everyday family life and effortless entertaining which combines form, function, and finesse.

Inside, soaring ceilings, expansive glazing and a restrained palette of white and natural timber add to the sense of open-ness and connection to the outdoors. Custom timber battening adds texture to the walls, complemented by European Oak Chesterfield flooring that brings warmth and depth to the space. The living zones flow effortlessly to the expansive lawn and pool terrace which has the relaxed sophistication of a private resort, complete with striped parasols, white loungers, and lush greenery cascading from upper planters.
