Artusi, in its main free-standing version, is still today the perfect synthesis of design, ergonomics and function. Created after the success of Italia, the first kitchen to take professional catering criteria into the home kitchen, the essentiality and compactness of Artusi takes credit for what is perhaps the best example of professional cuisine, thought up and translated into the home setting.
