While Hare + Klein & Soucie Horner Design Collective worked on the interiors, Denote designed and integrated the home’s advanced systems, creating a lifestyle defined by control, comfort, and peace of mind – where the most precious commodity of all – time, is given back to its owners.

At the heart of this innovative residence lies the Savant control system, orchestrating every element with effortless precision. From the extensive Lutron lighting network, incorporating more than 400 circuits – to the motorised blinds, drapes, and exterior screens that respond intuitively to light and temperature, every aspect has been designed for performance and ease.

An ELK alarm system integrates over 120 sensors, delivering comprehensive protection that works hand-in-hand with Axis Communications surveillance and Fortinet network security – a vital feature for the client, whose work demands statelevel cyber protection. The HVAC system spans 20 zones of air conditioning, 27 zones of underfloor heating, and real-time feedback scheduling, ensuring each room maintains the perfect environment all year round.

Entertainment was given equal attention. The award winning Bridge View Cinema features a Sony laser projector, Meridian Dolby Atmos system, and custom acoustic treatment – the first installation of its kind in Australia. Even the home’s karaoke and golf simulator systems integrate seamlessly into Savant’s control interface, bringing leisure and lifestyle together in one intelligent ecosystem.

With the client’s based in Chicago during the renovation, Denote worked with them remotely, collaborating to align the home’s systems with another property under construction in Utah. The result is a unified experience across continents, an extraordinary demonstration of precision, coordination, and expertise.
