Finished to the highest of standards, the home was designed by world renowned architectural firm SAOTA, for developer Alpago Properties, in collaboration with CK Architecture Interiors who oversaw both the interiors and the construction. Without a specific end client, the architects were free to explore different ideas while maintaining a focus on maximising the relatively small footprint and making the most of the stunning surrounding views.

From the street, the home’s solid silhouette has an unassuming presence, with a focus on privacy, while on the opposite side facing the sea, the home totally opens up with large windows and terraces that allow plenty of natural light and airflow.

The interior was planned to feel opulent and spacious, with open-plan layouts that allow rooms to effortlessly flow into each other. Blurring the line between indoors and outdoors – sliding doors tuck away, making it hard to distinguish between the indoor living areas and the outdoor terraces. Natural materials like travertine stone, wood, and marble were used extensively throughout to create a luxurious yet natural ambiance.

Spanning four spectacular levels, that include a basement garage suitable for a luxury car collector and a spa room, plus a rooftop entertaining area with pool that takes in breathtaking views, this residence offers an unparalleled living experience that is beautifully integrated within the magnificent surrounds.
