Designing a collection means uniting designers, creators and artisans around the shared values of savoir-faire, innovation and responsibility. This approach is central to the French Art de Vivre embodied by Roche Bobois.
This season, Roche Bobois turns the spotlight on a selection of iconic pieces, some of which – like the Bubble and Mah Jong sofas, or the aqua table – feature in the brand’s new advertising film, by American director Dean Alexander. The film immerses viewers in a bright, bold and poetic universe.
The new interpretation of the Mah Jong sofa includes bases now available in colored lacquer, introducing contrasting tones and a Japanese-inspired finish for an original visual twist. Designed by Kenzo Takada for Roche Bobois, the fabrics are inspired by the chrysanthemum flower and made with sophisticated techniques, such as jacquard and burnt-out velvet. These unique fabrics are paired with vibrant cushions, rugs and ceramics to create a particularly graphic aesthetic overall.
A key piece in the modular sofa family, Préface this season features a new fabric in a gentle pearl-gray shade. It is complemented by Système 037 – a system of modular units characterized by a distinctive structure made up of steel tubes and glass panels. This system offers multiple possibilities: cocktail tables, sofa back units, pedestal tables or bookcases.
The Elanta collection designed by Patrick Norguet is expanded with a round table featuring a marquetry top, and elegant bookcases; and the Palatine collection by Christophe Delcourt welcomes a new cocktail table and a spectacular china unit with an integrated bar.
Lastly, a selection of new decorative accessories, lamps and rugs combine exceptional materials and savoir-faire to complement and enrich this new collection.
