‘Immensely concentrated showing black/blueberry, cedary oak, toasted spice and dark chocolate notes on the nose. 2023 Sphere Of Uranus Adelaide Hills Chardonnay
Stylish and complex, the enticing bouquet shows ripe apricot, rockmelon, lemon peel and roasted hazelnut aromas on the nose with a hint of oatmeal. The palate displays excellent weight and focus, brilliantly structured by refined texture and bright acidity, finishing impressively long and expansive. At its best: 2025 to 2033.

Embodying the elegance and power of the great goddess Gaea, the blend is light and fruity with a subtle hints of dried herbs and impressive structure. The tannins are supple, providing a silky texture, while well-balanced acidity keeps the wine lively and refreshing. Serve slightly chilled.
