BEST WINES TO CELLAR
Named after the Greek Titan god of River Okeanos, Oceanus, Our Shiraz is bold and only for the brave. Deep and concentrated red fruits and coconut oak on the nose are accompanied by a full and rich mouthfeel with complex layers of dark plummy fruits, toffee and spices. The flavour is rounded off by a fine minerality. Balanced acidity suggests excellent cellaring potential.
- Pair With: Strong, hard cheese, roast or grilled lamb or a good old-fashioned Aussie barbecue.
- Serving Temp: Serve at 18 degrees with at least a half an hour of decanting.
A ‘New Wave’ of Chardonnay. A bright and textured Chardonnay with tropical flavours and a buttery taste. Lean with good acidic structure, this pour matures on the palate like no Chardonnay on this earth. Complex in flavour and finish this light Chardonnay has citrus aromas, angled flavour laced with hints of almond and passion fruit.
