‘Immensely concentrated showing black/blueberry, cedary oak, toasted spice and dark chocolate notes on the nose. The palate displays outstanding depth and sumptuous mouthfeel, wonderfully supported by lavish texture and silky tannins, finishing impressively long and velvety. At its best: now to 2035 (Sam Kim).

2023 Sphere Of Uranus Adelaide Hills Chardonnay – $60 per bottle
