Large parts of the home were stripped back to make way for new concrete slabs and structural steel that would support the updated layout. The goal was to open up living areas, improve flow, and connect the indoors with outdoor spaces, while also making sure the home could stand up to the demands of the coast.

Inside, every space was elevated with bespoke joinery, premium flooring, and carefully curated finishes. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas were all reimagined with a focus on craftsmanship and detail right through to the wardrobes.

The material palette was carefully selected to reflect the home’s coastal setting with natural stone, light timbers, and soft neutral tones that create a sense of calm and understated luxury.

Outside, the transformation continued with a pool upgrade outside, new landscaping, and a refreshed façade tying the entire home together with a cohesive, high-end finish.

More than just good looks, the home now offers smart living at its best. Automated lighting, climate control, and security systems add convenience and efficiency, while high-performance insulation and updated electrical systems support sustainable living.

Water management was another key consideration, with smart plumbing design ensuring reliable water flow and efficient use throughout the home.

Working within the constraints of the site, the project team adopted advanced construction techniques to streamline the build. Prefabricated structural components minimised site labour and reduced construction time, while detailed scheduling kept everything running smoothly.

This smart approach extended right down to the smallest detail from efficient plumbing layouts to expertly coordinated material deliveries.
