The resort-style rooftop pool provides spectacular views of the entire Moreton Bay region. Facing to the north, the area captures the full sun all day. The pool’s construction also involved an inbuilt drainage and overflow outlet and technology designed to absorb vibrations that would typically channel to rooms below, maintaining peace and tranquillity for the whole household. The pool includes bench seating and an icebox for the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the stunning water views.

This exceptional home would have been an impressive feat for an experienced builder, but in the case of 25-year-old Lane Stockton, who personally oversaw the project from start to finish, it is certainly the start to a very promising career.
