With a primary focus on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, complemented by Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blends, the winery cultivates its grapes across three vineyards before vinifying and bottling them within their modern facility overlooking the Wilyabrup Brook. The TOM CULLITY represents the purest expression of history, place and vintage; the pinnacle of Vasse Felix. A plush yet beautifully fresh and elegant mouthfeel, textured by classically fine tannins. A hint of raspberry and orange meld seamlessly with savoury crushed rock and a subtle hint of cigar, leading to a refined and lingering finish.
2023 Heytesbury Chardonnay
A selection of the most unique and striking vineyard parcels, recognised for its innovative winemaking, al dente ripeness, and distinguishing ‘Heytesbury’ character. The palate is long and seamless, running pure, intense, and fragrant. The incredible satin texture reveals a warm, waxy core of fruit, with flavours of pine, galangal, pear, apple, and lime curd. The finish is fresh with a beautiful, fine boned dryness.
The 2021 vintage marks 50 years of Margaret River Cabernet. Made at Vasse Felix every year since 1972, each vintage of this historic Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River’s original, embodies a faithful pursuit of excellence, purity and wine artistry.
