At the centre of the business is founder Stuart May, a third-generation kitchen designer whose experience is grounded in hands-on construction as much as design. Having worked extensively as a cabinet maker before moving into design, his approach is practical, detailed and focused on delivering a result that performs just as well as it looks.

That background sits within a broader family history spanning more than 50 years in the industry. From early manufacturing roots in Brisbane through to modern custom joinery, the business carries forward a depth of knowledge that is increasingly rare, particularly in a market where much of the process has become standardised.

Each project is approached as a complete journey, beginning at the initial design stage and continuing through to installation. Clients work directly with the design team to shape layouts, materials and detailing, with a focus on creating kitchens that feel tailored rather than templated.

The design direction leans toward contemporary, with flexibility to move across more classic or industrial influences depending on the home. What remains consistent is the emphasis on proportion, material selection and the integration of modern technology, ensuring the finished space aligns with both architectural intent and everyday use.

A dedicated showroom in Nundah provides a physical extension of this approach, allowing clients to experience materials, finishes and design details firsthand. Behind the scenes, manufacturing and joinery are supported by an established workshop, reinforcing a level of control over quality that is reflected in the final outcome.
