With stunning and uninterrupted ocean views, this beach house renovation and extension has been fully renovated inside and out, with new additions added to make the most of its beautiful beachfront setting.

Named ‘La Sabbia Beach House’ the goal was to create a modern, open-plan, and luxurious home that feels calm and inviting all year round—a perfect space for family and friends to enjoy for many years ahead and assigned luxury builders Tomkins Constructions to do this amazing transformation.

The original 90s-style two-story home had a lot of closed-off spaces and needed a major update. The back of the house was also extended to enhance the beachfront living experience.

 

 

The ceiling heights were raised in the living areas to make the rooms feel bigger and allow better airflow. Internal walls were removed to create an open and seamless living space.

 

 

The extended deck and pocket courtyard blend indoor and outdoor living. It features a custom-built outdoor kitchen, a cold storage area, and a fully equipped outdoor bar, making it the perfect spot to relax and entertain while enjoying the sea breeze and ocean views. Upstairs, the extended roof and deck flow effortlessly from the Master Bedroom, offering the perfect place to watch beachfront sunsets.

 

 

In the heart of the home, the luxurious kitchen was designed to be practical, with plenty of storage. A custom-built, upholstered banquet seat creates a cozy and open space for entertaining family and guests.

 

 

The home now includes five beautiful bedrooms and five bathrooms, all with high-end fittings. With a steady flow of family and friends visiting, the space provides plenty of room and comfort for everyone.

 

 

Timber floors bring a warm feel to the downstairs area, complemented by custom cabinetry in the living spaces, which includes an integrated entertainment system for guests to enjoy.
