From the street, the home makes an immediate statement with its bold design language. Combining timber cladding, exposed concrete, and black metal feature cladding, the exterior exudes a striking presence that sets it apart from neighbouring properties. The primary focus of the design was to maximise the stunning views of the surrounding national park. To achieve this, extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing has been used on  both levels of the home, forging a strong connection between the interior spaces and the serene outdoors. Connection with the landscape has also been achieved by dividing the home into two distinct volumes separated by an internal alfresco courtyard, this also serves to flood the home with natural light while maintaining privacy and tranquility.
Inside the minimalist interior characterised by  streamlined, open-plan spaces again makes use of exposed concrete juxtaposed with warm timber, infusing the home with an earthy, organic quality and creating design cohesiveness from the exterior to the interior.

With five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a hidden wine cellar, dedicated golf simulator room, and a 2.5-car garage, every aspect of comfort and convenience has been meticulously considered.
